Energetic Healing

Bioenergetic therapy follows in the footsteps of an age-old tradition which has been transmitted to us by both primitive ancient cultures and advanced civilizations.

Bioenergy is the cosmic energy which flows through all living beings. This energy is known as prana in India, as chi or ki in China and Japan, as ruach in Hebrew, and in the West as odem (German) or pneuma (Greek).

Healers of all cultures have worked with this energy for thousands of years. Some of the better-known therapies are tai chi, acupuncture, work on the chakras, chi gong, and orgone therapy, to name just a few examples - all of which have bioenergetic work as their basis.

Bioenergetic therapy leads the client into a deep state of relaxation in which the bioenergy reaches and dissolves physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blockades. These blockades, which do not belong to the original human state, usually have a biographical or karmic origin.

During the energy transference, images appear which reveal the causes of the disturbance, as well as the precise instant of its arising; traumas and shock experiences in the aura may also become apparent. As a result of the dissolving of the blockade, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are purified and thus become capable of self-healing. The entire system's original flow of energy can then regenerate over time. Besides the harmonizing of the energy field, a liberation of the subconscious can also take place, noticeable through intense dream experiences and physical responses.

Whether the complete recovery happens spontaneously or in a layer-by-layer dissolution of the accumulated blockades of years, the process can always be noticed clearly.

The work with bioenergy is, in fact, a journey to one's self, to the soul's most profound needs and aspirations. A striving toward happiness, love, harmony, self-awareness and belonging - a longing which all of us have in common, in our depths - is a necessary part of this journey, in my experience.
